Hi I joined a company in Bahrain one month back and have a contract for 2 years. But it seems I will not be able to finish the contract period due to companies negative policy towards their staff. So I am planning to leave the company after one year. So I just wanted to know what charges I will have to pay to the company after one year. Please let me know the appox amount. Thanks

your are not entitled to pay any single penny to company after one year of completion, even after 2nd day of joining the company, you can resign or leave the company, no issue i believe
