I got transfer from my previous company my iqama was expired . i didn't inform them. i move to another company. they filed a case against me of penalty to pay 21,000 sar. I got a message from MOJ. I have to pay this amount within in 5 days.
i already told them i'll pay in installments. but they give me this within 5 days condition.
and the previous employer didn't pay my previous 1 month salary with 3 months pending over time . i also filed a case against them but it got rejected on same day . i don't know why.
i want to know the procedure to pay the amount
