Hi yes the rules and regulations have been defined in KSA for professionals accordingly.

There is no work permit issuance if the real profession is not according to study back ground.

i-e (For engineers assigned Council SCE)

     (For Accountants assigned SOCPA)

     (Same as for Medical staff)
