Hi, i applied visa in 19th September. in ankara because I'm from Georgia and there is no Portuguese embassy in my country. 2 months have passed and no answer has come. what can i do?

They usually reply within 60 days. That's still within the time limit. The point is that there are two issues that could further delay the answer. One has to do with SEF being replaced by a new agency, which has slowed everything considerably because the staff have been involved in this rather complex transition. The other factor has to do with the fact that you come from a country without Portuguese diplomatic representation and with the intermediary being the embassy of a third country. I can't answer that for you, but I think you'll have to wait a little longer.
