Immigration Lawyer Required to Assist in Moving to Tenerife

Hi there and thanks for giving us the opportunity to speak to others about moving to and living in Tenerife.

My wife and i have looked at all the requirements to move to Tenerife and we have all that is needed to do so. We need to find an immigration lawyer to help us with this to ensure that all the paperwork is in order, apostilled and translated for a Non-Lucrative Visa

Can anyone suggest someone?

Thanks,

Mike and Sue Chapman

Welcome to expat.com forum and good luck with your move to Spain!

Here's the official Spanish immigration page on the No Lucrativa

There are many attorneys and gestors who can help you prepare an application. And it's easy to find one online with a quick Google search. But you have to submit it yourself at the Spanish Embassy in London.

You don't necessarily need an attorney, there are many Brits who have done this themselves. It's perfectly possible if you carefully follow the instructions about paperwork required, and how to submit your application.
