Primary function is office and/or administrative management. Manage, co-ordinate, and supervise a group of subordinates that provide the administrative support functions to an organization. This entails a wide variety of responsibilities, such as assisting in the budget preparation process, controlling budget expenditures and revenues, recommending space and equipment requirements. In addition to providing direct supervision that includes conducting performance evaluations, advise on administrative matters to senior management, carry out special assignments for senior staff, identify problem areas, determine solutions and implement changes.
Independent judgement, interpretation and application of a variety of regulations, developing work methods and procedures, and modifying existing procedures.

As an experienced Administration Manager I supervised daily support operations of our company and planed the most efficient administrative procedures. I have excellent communication and organizational skills, well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and I was always seeking new ways to do the job more efficiently.

I ensured all support activities were carried on efficiently and effectively allowing the other operations to function properly.

I planned and coordinated administrative procedures and systems, I also provided coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency of staff. I ensured the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations. I managed schedules and deadlines, monitored inventory and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. I also supervised and managed contracts (e.g housing rentals etc), issues related and maintained various personnel records and files.

I also assisted in the recruitment of G5 staff by evaluating candidate applications and conducting preliminary interviews; I assisted in surveys on local cost of living, local salaries, prepared travel authorization and assisted in the submission of travel claims and collecting the information on the above-mentioned for expats based in Algeria temporarly.

As the Financial Supervisor, I prepared monthly general ledger accounts, monthly and annual bank accounts and reconstruction of various accounts. I worked with VAT officials and prepared monthly vat returns, I also worked closely with the Ministry of Finance. Prepared online payments and follow up with offshore accounts. Maintained liaison with officials of local banks to obtain day-to-day information in exchange and interest rates, changes in procedures and regulations and matters pertaining to maintenance of office bank accounts.Captured adhoc journals. I maintained financial records and monitored systems to record and reconcile expenditures, balances, payments, statements and other data for day-to-day transactions and reports. Prepared financial vouchers and monthly accounts. Assisted accountants in preparing admin. budget submission for entire year.

I monitored costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation and oversee facilities services and maintenance activities. I ensured operations adhere to policies and regulations and kept abreast with all organizational changes and business developments. Supervised the preparation of inventory records of non-expendable equipment for submission to Hqs.

I own an agency which is specialized in academic and language travels mainly with the United Kingdom and other English speaking countries. We offer specialy tailored language stays for students wishing to simply imporve their level of English and take in charge the full process of registrations for students wishing to pregress onto their academic undergraduate or postgraduate studies.

I am a representative agent to over 80 language schools in the UK who offer short language stays simply to improve the General English of students and long stays for students wishing to study and obtain the IELTS certificate in order to progress onto their academic curriculum.

We are agents with colleges who receive students for their secondary and high school academic years, or in preparation of the A-levels, International Baccalaureate or University Foundation Programs.

We are also partners with some boarding schools who receive junior students in the UK.

As well as Universities based in the UK, UAE, Canada and USA.

We are an EDUCATION UK Partner Accredited Agent, and have sent over 500 students in the UK for the past 05 years.

We also prepare and send groups of younger children aged between 07 and 14 for group language stays including courses, actvities, excursions and accommodation on a full board basis.

We are also partners with many residences in the UK and host families.
We guide our students onto their academic progression depending on their needs, we also guide them before their travel in the UK or abroad.

We assist and prepare all the necessary for obtinaing the adequate visa.
