Expat.com and Riverland Grand Baie la Croisette wish to offer you a special half day sports event on Sunday the 28th of August from 9 am to noon.
For that purpose, a team of fitness instructors will be on site to guide you through various activities:
> Strengthen and tone the muscles.
30 minutes les mills 'Bodypump' for men and 'Bodyvive' for ladies.
>Cardio
30 minutes of Spinning with the brand new 'Bodybike' bicycles
>Fun and Zen attitude
30 minutes of Aqua Gym.
Feel free to come with your family.
Kids will have the opportunity to discover tennis lessons with Ace Tennis.
A small snack will be offered to the participants (Panini & Drink).
Come & enjoy health & fitness @ Riverland Sports Club GBLC!
The fee is Rs 200 per person.
Please note that the number of participants is limited.
You have to register and indicate in the 'comments field' the number of persons accompanying you.
