INTRODUCTION
Boosting of organization performance calls for a formal approach to strategic performance management. One of these approach is a Balanced Scorecard approach and it enhances organizations’ better strategic planning, improved strategy communication & execution, better alignment of projects and initiatives, better management information, improved performance reporting, better organizational alignment and better process alignment. This course will help translate their business strategy into a balanced set of objectives covering Finance, Customer, Internal Processes and People. Use of Balanced Scorecard approach, helps organizations to have clear measures and targets of their anticipated performance and helps leaders to steer their organization towards its long-term goals, and engages managers and staff to contribute more fully to its success.
