Why not find contact details for hospitals, clinics and surgeries in Namibia and send them your CV.

Google is your friend. Be proactive. Just type 'hospitals in Namibia' 
I did and found plenty of information there.

I would plan to come to Namibia for work, though I need some one to advise me on which easy transport means to use,
Iam in Kampala Uganda,
