are foreign investors welcome in Azerbaijan?

Is it complicated to register a company in Azerbaijan? What is the procedure?

What is the corporate tax rate in Azerbaijan?

Is it easy to recruit?

Hi

I found an organisation called Anglo-Azerbaijani Society and on their website they have a pdf of a report called (coincidentally), "Doing Business in Azerbaijan"

It's written by PriceWaterhouseCoopers so I guess it's worthwhile having a read.
