Join the world wide celebrations for the United Nations International Day of Yoga at YOGA DAY FESTIVAL HCMC, a wonderful community conscious event.
International Yoga Day is an global event that celebrates yoga, music, dance and the collective power of yogi’s fundraising for charity. The proceeds from this event will be in support Yoga Lifestyle’s Creative Arts space that’s offered at various orphanages in and outside of HCMC.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
A GLOWING Interactive Yoga Asanas only at this years Yoga Day Festival 2018! Flow through fun, creative sequences for all levels and rock your asana with great music and good vibes.
Fun Partner Yoga- Fun and interactive yoga asanas guaranteed to lighten your heart with smiles and fun. If your best friend or partner have not experienced the magic of Yoga asanas then this is going to change their thought!
Yoga Dance/Disco - Super fun, challenging flow class that will shake up a yoga world that sometimes takes itself a little too seriously.
Yoga Sound & Dance Party – You’re going to experience Yoga Sound Meditation like never before! It’s going to be EPIC!
Mindfulness & Breathing! Otherwise known as pranayama will get the breath flowing deep into the lungs, expanding every cell and filling your whole with life-giving energy.
Vegan Refreshments! Deliciously nourishing light wholesome refreshments.
Community! Enjoy the company of like-minded individuals and feel the difference we can make when we come together in a supportive, uplifting way.
