How can i get exit visa if my iqama is expired ?

Almost 2 years my iqama is expired and i told my employee to get final exit visa so i can go home quickly i have 2 child and my mother take care of it,now my mother is sick and she is 75 years old..my problem now how can i get exit visa if my iqama is expired..
