My name is Fotis and from Greece. Me my wife and my 3 years old son we will move to TCI in a couple of months.
I would like to ask you if the are any site with long term renthal houses in TCI because the only that i found are some facebook groups.
and what are the averange salary in 2024 ?

@Fotaras8 - the only place to find long term rentals is through the facebook groups or word of mouth unfortunately. The options that are good are snapped up quickly as majority of landlords rent short term.
on average salary, your request is too broad as it depends on the area you work. as i guide the minimum wage on the island is $8 per hour as of April 2023, however cost of living is high
