Visa cancellation

Hello friends,
I have a question and would really appreciate your responses.
So I resigned from my work after 6 months, and my employer agreed. But just after a day from submitting my resignation, he cancelled my visa and said there won't be any problem for a month.
(Visa cancelled 13 oct, so assuming there won't be any problem until 13 nov).
Now I got an offer letter from another company.
So question is, what if my new employer delays in processing my visa, should I leave the country or I can go to Lmra and ask for mobility.
When is the best time to visit lmra, now or after nov 13?

Thank you

1) There is no such thing as mobility anymore as your visa has been cancelled.  Mobility is only possible when you have a valid visa for at least 3 months
2) You can go to LMRA and request an extension of another month in the grace period
3) The new employer has to apply for a visa for you.  If the visa is applied and is in processing, then you are ok to stay.  If it gets rejected or doesn't get applied by the end of the extended grace period, you have to leave
