I am looking for a housemaid for my mother 70 years old from Kenya.
I got the visa issued but need reliable office in Kenya to process it. I think they need only a e-copy of the visa and delegation paper.
Can someone help me with reliable office there?

Our system in KSA if you would like to offer a job to someone is to issue a permit for him/her to work ( called visa), but most of the countries have an official office to do recruitment processing such as the medical exam, passport etc.
I am looking for hiring a housemaid for my mother but I cannot do it direct it should be through an agent in Kenya (they are honest and has almost same traditional). I need a reliable agent.
Any way I will pay using the MasterCard

You are looking to hire a Kenyan to work in KSA?. A visa/work permit for who, to work where? Its not very clear where your mother is located and therefore difficult to offer advice.
