There are lots and lots of travel packages in Japan, but not exactly sure what you are looking for. But if you take a look on Klook.com you can find so many of them at reasonable prices and also with discounts too. Some of the ones I have tried in the Kansai area is Mount Rokko during the winter season where you use a cable car and can see amazing trees with frozen snow, it's breathtaking.
