I need some advice.

Looking into buying things second hand but I'm worried about the transportation side of things.

Do you have any experience in this area?
Have you bought stuff second hand from others before and / or dealt with moving or transport companies?
Please share your experiences.

You may find second hand stuff from sahibinden or LetGo. However, these firms do not assume liability for your transaction. Therefore, you have to pick the seller carefully + find a good transportation firm that would not overcharge. Or you could agree with the seller to designate a transportation company that they regularly do business with. It is always do business with written contracts.

I think if you want to move a whole flat transportation companies would charge about 2500 Liras. I do not know what they would charge only for a good or two.
