Hello! I am posting on behalf of my mom, since she's been looking for a new employer. She has 11 years experience. She prefers family with kids since she's been taking good care of kids for almost 11 years. If you know someone or would recommend someone would be a big help for us. Apart from th fact that this forum is not meant for job search ads (the site has a classifieds section for this!): You should mention your mom's desired job and what her visa status is - i.e. is she allowed to work in Singapore?
