So, how are we supposed to help you, other than "Not too far from Nuremberg, for ease of commute"?

The officially published "Mietspiegel" (survey of rents) will give you an idea of which criteria (incl. location) lead to higher or lower rent:

Generally, the further away from the city you are, the lower the rent - but also the longer your commute.
