I have filed a case against my company in the labor department because it refused to pay me compensation for threatening and bullying me by the management, after I spoke out about things happened in the college, how long does the labor court take to finalize the case, as it's been now for a long time!

I don't know the answer,
but I consider taking my company to work as well.
What is your experience so far?
How quick does the court move? Are you still employed? Can you leave the country?

Well you will need to follow up with the court .. I had been some case and they always close the file because the owner was knowing someone there hid my file.. unfair and it tooks long time ..for me it tooks more than 1 year and i then give up !
