What is the right time for a family to exit from saudi arabia so that they dont have to pay the fees that will start from 1st july 2018 ?

Started long time ago when people renewed their iqamas for later half of 2018.
To renew your iqama you will need to pay the dependent fee, so best to exit before it if you do not want to pay it.

If an iqama of the head of the family was to be renewed in dec 2017, so he was suppose to do pay fees for his dependants for 2018 whole year in advance ?

Yes, cause his Iqama will be till Dec 2018 and he will have to pay the dependent fee till the expiry date of the Iqama

Can you please let me know the dependant fee for 2019.
If the number of dependants is 4 how much should be paid?
