Hello,
I am an Albanian high school student and i want to continue my further studies in an art academy/university in Germany. Unfortunately I can't afford paying circa 9000€ per year. Now, as far as I've learned from articles on the internet i know many students use loans, but Albania is not part of the EU or EEA. My country doesn't offer any financial support for students going through such struggle either. So i was wondering if anyone could give me more information about international students and their access to student loans in Germany.

The German government gives loans to all students in need. Check https://www.xn--bafg-7qa.de/bafoeg/de/h … _node.html for the details (available in German language only). Foreigners are eligible if they have a long-term residence permit.
