Got a job visa of Orthodontist in Hafr albatin but my query is that after joining there .I have to return back to my home country for 10 days every month during initial 5 months .my employer is also ready for it my question is .is it actually possible ???to return back after 20 days of joining

This Depends on you and your employer, subjected to you will get your iqama and exit entry visa within that period !! Good luck

If you have your iqama done and get the hands on exit entry visa, then I don't see why can't you travel to India in whataver time frame !!
