Hello,
I (a non US citizen and non US resident) have some savings with JP Morgan bank and I am planning to close this account and to transfer it to an overseas bank account. I have read that bank might block my account if I transfer abroad and I was told that I might have to pay tax on the amount transfer.
I like to hear about your experience and how you dealt with this.
