Raising kids in Chile

I seems don't need to say too much. First of all, I am divorced, working alone in Chile. My observation for this country after the past 10 times visit with total of 30 months living locally ( not in hotel), I feel this country is really not suitable for kids and teenage. Chilean's living style is too relax, people turn into lazy, no responsibility and used to push work away with all kind of lies and excuses, that is why the system of this country rely on Notary, not trust anybody, Honestly, i have not seem or met any person not lieing so far. Kid growing in this society will soon become a part of them unless you have other way to educate your kids differently. Kind of scarely, Ha...Ha....
