Hello,
Yes, it is now permitted for expats facing a travel ban to seek employment within the Kingdom of Bahrain. The law was passed a year or two ago and is a welcome move that allows expats to repay their dues while being able to support themselves and their dependents
You should speak to the LMRA/Ministry of Labor who will be able to provide you with more information on this
