Hi.how long five year residence card valid when none eu and eu partner move other eu country for long time.any limit to live out from the country

Not sure i understand the question
If you are asking how long a person who has a RESIDENCIA (that is a non EU national) may leave Spain and then return without a problem, I believe, without special permision, that no longer than two years
