You may exchange it in case you have an International Drivers License, but if its a Qatari National License you will still need to take the test. but at least you wont have to attend a week of classes.

(yes people, its just a week of classes. thats why we have such a safe traffic situation. )

the weeks classes are such that you can take the five classes spread over 6 months anytime.. so whenever you feel like.. but my advice go for it finish it off in one shot.. 
Qatari license, you will just have to take the test. just dont fail in the test because then you will have to take the classes..

btw u can drive on your Qatari license as well.

I am from America with an International drivers license and a California drivers license.  I have a visitor's visa.  Can I get a KSA drivers license?  Please advise.  Thanks.
