Lawyer needed for Nominee contract


We are purchasing a flat in PP and have our nominee organised. We are looking for a lawyer with good english or even an expat lawyer to draft a contract with our nominee for the purchase. Does anyone have any experience with this or know of a good lawyer? Also what would be the payment be for the Nominee and the cost of the lawyer to organise the contract ?

Unless you are buying a ground floor flat ,then you do not need a nominee for the contract, as I understand the property law in Cambodia. Better to buy a flat or condo outright on the first or upper floors, I think. Hope this helps.

Let's get a few things straight here. Firstly, as a foreigner, you can only buy a condo on a strata title. If you are purchasing an existing apartment, e.g. above a shop house etc, you can only do this through a nominee structure.
