My new sponsor already applied my visa, but my previous employer doesn't want to give my passport. My new sponsor said that i have to get my passport for them to stump on it. Or else, the visa that they applied for me will be cancelled. So i have to rush now and ask for the solution of this. I would really appreciate it if someone can give me advice regarding this matter. Thankiiiie.

Welcome to the Forum.
The passport is your property. First off you should not have given it to your sponsor. Now that they have it and are refusing to give it, you will have to get the help of your embassy to get your passport from the old sponsor. There is no other way.
