Hello Waseem,
to be really straight forward to your question, it depends on what you're looking for. as maintly the place is key for ARAB EXPATS in office and admin posts. technical post there are Asian Expat but the industries and apt jobs are less compared to big cities of the kingdom. If you have anyone here, its better to stay with him and job hunt, (if you are a free lance and if you can job hunt). dont make the decision yet.
