Am in bahrain for 11 months now. I want to resign from my position to go back to my country. My contract is a two years contract. After sending my resignation ,my employer says I buy my air ticket and in addition I pay him 175bd. My contract says nothing about the resignation. It says that everything will go as per the labour law. People help me

Hi,
Unfortunately if you dont honor your contract, your employer can sue you for damages
