Hello, Guys, I am Sung Originally from Ghana and I am studying in Bologna Italy.
I want to travel to Germany but my passport is stuck at the UK embassy because I applied for a visa. I have my Permesso di Soggiorno and i was wondering if that only could be used to travel without any issues at the airports.
My break might be over before the passport comes back. lol please advise.

An Italian residence permit is NOT a travel document. You MUST have a valid passport with you.
