RESIDENCY REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR D.R.

Allow me to comment on writing in all caps.  Those of you who think or believe it is yelling, you are 10 years behind the times.  If I  were to say?  I LOVE YOU AND I WANT TO MARRY YOU.  OR, SEND A RELIGIOUS POEM OR SOMETHING FROM THE BIBLE.  Is that yelling?  I have worked in corporate America in upper management at the CEO l;evel, for more years than most of you have been on the planet.  Over the past 8 or so years, I, along with some attorneys, CEO's and others in the media, have routinely used all caps.  It is foolish to think just because someone writes in CAPS, it is considered yelling.  That is so old school.  I get a weekly report from a very religious man.  IN ALL CAPS.  To think he is yelling, is preposterous.  So, all of you who believe this, need to get in the 21st century.  GO HERE AND TELL ME IF YOU THINK IT IS YELLING?  LOOK AT EVERY PICTURE WITH QUOTES FROM THE BIBLE.  ALL CAPS!!!!!
