Dear pls tell me about the Risgn from the job before 6 months of starting date .can company have to right take 5000 SR from the Employee?
Employee If resign is before 3 month at the notification one month then .company have a right for asking some feec etc??

No company has any right to ask fees from employee if he requests final exit,
EXCEPT the following per the Labor Law:
Say someone is hired from his home country. Obviously the employer has spent money to bring him here to work for him. If the employee doesn't complete his contract duration and resigns, they can ask for expenses reimbursement. These expenses would be the cost of air ticket and iqama & work permit processing fee.
