I have Saudi license. but its given by company
they paid for all to attending test and everthing
now if I am leaving this company I have to surrender the driving License to company
is there any procedure to convert the driving License to Bahrain
pls kindly let me know

Driving license is yours as it's on your iqama#. If you have to surrender because of administration request, do it. I don't think anyone must ask you for that though. You can visit traffic dept. to get a reprint.
No, Saudi license won't be converted to Bahraini directly. However, it will be of much help while obtaining a Bahraini.
