You should start by checking (e.g. on the Anabin database) whether your foreign dentistry degree is recognised or which additional courses you need to take - and then complete them.
In addition, it is very important that a dentist understands and can talk with the patients. Thus you need to learn German language to a very good lebel (B2 or better).
After that you can start looking for siitable job openings or start your own private dental clinic.
