Hi,

I posted this in the Classifieds, but then thought that here would be a better place to find people who may have somewhere available for a short period of time. So sorry for the double post.

A couple,responsible, 40's, looking to rent a flat/house for about a month in Sihanoukville near the beach sometime during Jan/Feb 2011.
Possible house/pet-sit. All propositions considered.

I can say that it is a bit difficult finding a flat or a house near the beach just for month rental. Most of these are focused on the longer term rental, at least 6 months. But I will help find for you and will take some pictures of any interesting ones sending to you too.

Thanks Khmermind, that would be kind of you.
Since it is such a short time, I was wondering if there are any expats out there who plan to return home to UK or Australia who'd like their flat looked after/rent paid for the time they're away. I have already looked into traditional renting and I will check out the real estate companies in S'ville when we get there.
