Hello Guys,
Im a mechanical engineer currently working in thuwwwal,jeddah for Nesma & Partners from India.I have been working here for about 12 months.I heard that I will get a salary increment every year.my question is - "Is there a minimum amount that we get like a percentage or something for increment or the company just gives a random percentage increment?".I have a basic salary of Sar 3000 +food+ stay + transportation.and also i get 50 hrs over time for every month (Sar 900) So a total of 3900.

Dear,
There is no fix % to get increment, it's totally depend on your Manager whom you reporting. If he recommend for you something that's will be your increment.
