Hi Priscilla,
Its nice to have you in Jeddah.
And it will be difficult in the beginning when you will arrive but make sure to have some one available for you and your kids when you first land to Jeddah.
P.S: When flying long distance with children, I wouldn't recommend night flights. What happens is that the children sleep in the plane, you don't and when you land early in the morning the kids are all rested and full of energy while you are exhausted.
