I am a black Sudanese Engineer , we live in Poland and planning to move to Norway Oslo with my Polish wife and kids , so i am looking for a job in IT or Data Center , but i need to know some important points :
- i know only Arabic and English , it will be a problem for me to find a job ?
- how much it cost renting flat in Oslo for small family , not expensive area ?
- what is the best way to find a job in Norway Oslo ?

Hello Olva and welcome to Expat.com 
May I suggest you to read the Guide to Norway and more particularly the chapters on Visas, Work and Accommodation. I'm sure they will give you very good hints.
If you look in Oslo's Classifieds -> Accommodation you might get an idea on the prices of accommodation also.

I moved here six months back. For apartment you can refer finn.no but this is in norwegian language. I could not find any english website here. I am living in city centre and it depends on what type of apartment you want. You can rent a single room apartment easily under NOK 10,000 in centre (this is not the cheap area of course).
