Administrative Manager- Swedish Speaker (M/F) - Lisbon

Kelly Search & Selection is recruiting a Administrative Manager, fluent in Swedish/Norwegian, for an important multinational company.

This professional will be responsible for the execution of tasks like:

• Administer Purchase Order requests for the assigned country;
• Resolve queries and mismatches between Purchase Orders and Invoices;
• Administer periodic processing of supplier Invoices and Payments;
• Review subsequent posting of payments and invoices within SAP system;
• Monitor the Goods Receipt process by management team to ensure correct processing;
• Maintain effective communication within department and extended organization;
• Deliver to team management all reports relating Purchase Orders.

Candidate Profile:
• Min. secondary education or comparable educational background (preference for University Degree);
• Experience in administrative and/or financial processes;
• Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills;
• Mandatory – Fluent in Swedish/Norwegian and English;
• Proficient in MS Excel & Office;
• Able to work in a changing environment.
