Query about Profession Change

Hello everyone,

I have been employed in a company as a Branch supervisor and my profession is of Sales Executive. Now i want to switch to another company which deals in the logistics field and my role will be as Operations Coordinator.

The new employer claims that the Sales executive profession will be for Saudis Only and i better change it with the current sponsor from sales executive to Operations Coordinator (preferably) or any other one according to the job title.

I want to have an expert opinion of any HR person if it's really that much important to change it. i have talked to some people and they claim there is no problem with this profession with the new role.

Also what is the profession change fee ? and do i have to attest my docs. from somewhere? Its been changed less then a year ago from Welding technician to sales executive without any attestation of docs.
