my friend's iqama is under red company. so his sponsor cannot renew his iqama. his sponsor has given him a letter. so when the inspection team will check, he can show the letter that his sponsor is in red that is why his iqama is not renewed. but is it safe or not? what happen if inspection officer will catch him?

why your friend was unable to transfer her sponsorship to green company in amnesty time?.
This question may be asked by the inspectors and it can be the reason for the deportation.if he has filed his papers in jawazat for transfer then he can save herself from any penalty otherwise i cannot see any chance for him.
