One of the most common is www.finn.no under "jobb". It's an online classified ad website and most employers in the region post job listings there.
You could also try nav.no. They are a recruiting service that can help locate jobs, as well as providing CV consulting, seminars, etc.

www.finn.no is definetely the place to look. They have jobs posted there from across the whole country.
