Why, in your humble opinion, do you think turnover is so high?

Can you recommend some good schools please, or maybe name a school or two I should avoid?

I don't live in UB, but the big schools all have websites. I'm sure you can search private school Ulaanbaatar and come up with a bunch. I would imagine turnover is high because people come here with very different expectations, are either under or overqualified, and because the schools have a hard time figuring out how to retain people.
