Moving to bahrain

I do know that the staff are tipped very well but you will need to speak to the management to see if all tips get pooled together and divided between all staff or if you get to keep your own. Obviously the 2nd option is best. Speak to them asap before making any decision.

Clarify flights home, vacation time, days off, medical insurance, accommodation etc too.

We clarify mostly everything in the contract, exapct some commission procentage, thta they didint put in the conctract. Like contract is made by Bahrain rules and they can not change it or even put annex of the contract.  And thats bothering me a little bit. I dont know hows going there but here, we do that all the time, if you have to out some extra in the contract.
