Referances for job in KSA and UAE

Hello friends,
I am looking for any job in either KSA or UAE. But I am currently living in Lahore Pakistan. I have a valid passport. Is it possible to get a job like this? Or I will have to visit either of these countries and then meet the employers personally?
I have a Bechelor's degree in Commerce and 6 years experience in Accounts. I have hands-on experince in MS office specially Excel.
How should I go about finding a job in my desired locations?
Will they hire me without a referance or is it required?
Please I need some advice.

Also I'd like to add I got a few relatives currently living and working in KSA and Dubai so references can be furnished if nessessary but are they really required?
Please tell me according to my experience and qualification what salary package job should I look for?
