My name is Natalia and I need your advice on moving to Kazahstan. I am currently working in Oman, but I had an offer from Kazahstan for a hotel job in Borovoe for USD 4000 /month salary and housing.My concern is what is the cost of living as I am supporting student in Spain, and is it safe for a single expat women to live in the country?

This is Russian forum,because almost everybody can speak in Russian in Borovoe. If you can't write with Russian spelling, you can use English letters.
