2 of my friends will come here next Monday and they are looking for a flat with 2 seperate rooms for rent. Price should be 50 000-70 000 HUF. Would be the best if it is in 2nd district, if not, as close to that as possible.

That sounds low but doable for rent alone, however utilities and other costs can run up to half of that each month, even more if you are not careful.
